Items can only be returned unused and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. If not, you will not be eligible for a (full) refund.
Note that custom-sized straps cannot be returned or refunded.
Your refund will be credited back to the original payment method. We will contact you once we’ve received your returned items. Please allow 7-14 business days from the time you ship your order for your return or exchange to be processed.
